The color blast is a new event that we hope will become a fun annual tradition at Alpine Elementary!! The kids at other schools LOVE the color blast (a video of Westfield's color blast is at the bottom). It will take place on May 18th, 2026 during the last 30 minutes of the school day. Don't worry about the mess, we will blow most of the excess color away!! White shirts are encouraged as the color shows up best but any shirt will work! Also, if you are worried about ruined shoes, please make sure your kiddos wear shoes that can get dirty.
Our fundraising goal this year is BIG!! $20,000!!
We are shooting to support our programs for this past year and for the upcoming 2026-2027 year. If we meet our goal, we will also be able to give a grant to school to help update our library with new books. If every student donates $40, we will meet our goal. We are hoping this fundraiser will replace the PTA check drive we have done in the past in the fall. Every student must have waiver on file whether they are participating or not.
By donating to the Alpine PTA, you are supporting Battle of the Books, Reflections, summer writing, take home reading, skate nights, family nights, field day, hospitality for our teachers at parent teacher conference and Teacher Appreciation Week, back to school nights, our Lantern Festival, Fall Festival, Spring Carnival and more.

2nd, 3rd, and 4th Top Donors - Color Blast Their Teacher
5th-22nd Top Donors- $10 punch card at Classic Skating
Donate $75 or more and your child will be invited to a special kid's rule Chik-Fil-A lunch party
The class of every grade that donates the most per student will get a 10 minute longer recess one day
The class of grades K-3 and 4-6 that donates the most per student will give the teacher of that class a 1/2 day off work
Ties for Top Donors will be broken by a drawing. You can always go in and add additional donations for your student but the max chalk packets per child is 5.
The donation platform collects your color blast order, online waiver, and volunteer signup so you can get everything done in one quick order. Each of your children should have at least one item in the cart (either a packet order or a "Waiver Only" item). No donation is necessary to participate in the color blast; however, a waiver is required for every student. Please click on the donations and waivers link to access the waiver.
Donations for chalk packets will be accepted until May 13th at midnight. Any donations after that will be strictly additional donation amounts and your child will not receive chalk packets whether or not your cart item has chalk packets or not.
*The colored powder is colored corn starch and is certified non-toxic
**When you go through the checkout process, there is a tip option near the end. This is optional and you can change it to 0. It does not go to Alpine Elementary PTA. It goes to the fundraising platform itself.
